The terms

Clear, fair, agreed up front.

Referral reward
A percentage of the placement fees we collect from a company you introduce — not a flat finder's fee. It applies across the searches that client runs with us in their first year, not just the first hire, with a per-company ceiling we'll confirm with you in writing.

Payout
Paid once the client has paid us and our replacement guarantee period has closed. Structured that way on purpose — so a payment never has to be reversed after it's already reached you.

Eligibility
Any company not already a client and not already in active discussions with us. You'll know where you stand before you make the introduction — we confirm eligibility up front, in writing.

Agreement
A genuine one-page partner agreement covering the fee basis, timing, and referral window in plain language. No exclusivity, no obligations, no fine print designed to lose you.
